Payment Methods

The amount is payable by the following payment method:

Deposit: 30% of the total amount at the time of booking through bank transfer.
Final Payment: 70% of the total amount through bank transfer 2 weeks prior to your arrival or by cash, upon arrival.

Should the Tenant delay any payment without prior agreement with the Owner, the Owner will be entitled to cancel this contract immediately without notice and without obligation of any refund to the Tenant mentioned in this contract and will be in a position to make the property available for rental to other tenants.
If the Tenant terminates their stay before the agreed departure date, no refund will be applicable.
The Tenant may change the dates of the Rental Period after prior agreement with the Owner. Any such changes will be dependent on availability and extra charges may apply. A refund will not be applicable in the case of a change of dates of the Rental Period.
In case of cancellation 60 days before arrival, the Owner will refund 100% of your deposit. For any cancellation within the 59 days before arrival, the Owner will not refund your deposit. If the Tenant cannot travel because of country instructions (closing borders), the Owner will refund 100% of the deposit.
